I think it may be quite hard to get a rig like this in that price range considering that the cpu is around $180. but i guess it depends on if you are going for top of the line parts, or if your going for mor elow end cheaper parts. in other words you should either, bring you budget to a higher amount or change it to something like the, AMD phenom 2 x4 955 black edition that runs for pretty cheap these days.
It's not the best quality but it's not that bad. There's an 80 plus psu, WD hard drive, but yea I agree it's hard to get a 700$ rig with a 180$ cpu

My FX-8350 build cost me 770 euro´s :)
But that was why i had not much choise for a good case with side window and a minimum of three fans, the case cost me 90 euro´s but you can get good cases for less then 90 euro´s
all hardware without case and harddrive was about 680 euro´s

One it's over 700 and you can get a GTX 770 for the same price as that 660 Ti....
