these are two experemental builds im working on(im posting here since they seem to fit your price range once you add a hdd/cooling), they're missing hdd and cooling at the moment, looking to prioritize streaming and mutli monitor setup, might be helpful for ideas, or i might just be retarded, either way :p if these builds are bad, any advice would be appreciated :D

you probably dont need an 850 watt PSU unles you plan on some heavy upgrades in the future.
i do, at the very least ill likely be doubling the gpu and running sli/cross
But yeah i shouldent suggest that PSU to someone else, my bad :p
If you've got 1400-1600, you should be able to fit a 7970, or a GTX 680 in there.

It runs just as fast, has a CAS of 9, and will save you 30$.
