I already have fx 6300 and im very very interested in r9 290 but there arent any benchmarks for this setup.How will they work together? I aim to game at 1080p for couple of years
You should be fine CPU's don't have that much to do with the graphics and as is the 6300 is a boss and so is the graphics card so go for it :) hope this helped
