im finally installing windows 7 first on my laptop and then my main gaming desktop, tell me is it worth it? cuz i dont have a HDD to back up my data
did you jump to windows 7 from XP? ....that's what i wanna do when it actually hits shelves...(beta OS?..sounds risky)
laptop is a good place to start... not going on my desktop till it is released.

I have been using it for about a month and I love it. Only thing is that my system freezes occasionally. But hey, its free. And also, when a program doesn't seem to work because it is incompatible with windows 7, right klick the .exe file, click properties. then go to the compatiniliy tab and select windows vista or one of the other previous operating systems and you should be fine.

Same.. Had w7 on laptop for a while now...
I will install w7 when FINAL FINAL version is out.
One thing I love with w7;
It actually fixes wireless problems.. Unlike vista's "looking for problem, then throwing a message at you that it is not fixable." Windows 7 fixes it everytime :3
