First of, the case is not made for silence at all. There is no noise absorption foam anywhere... Second, as far as I could see, the case comes stock with 2 fans only... You may need some extra to be able to cool properly all the components. And finally, D14 isn't the issue here... I believe it is the GPU. At 80C every GPU will be loud.
Now when I say my system is silent, despite having 10 fans running at any time, I mean it has noticeable, but still quiet hum, that is uniform and not something, that prevents me from sleeping at night, or something, that overpowers quiet scenes in a movie I may be watching or anything. Basically, it emits a noise, that isn't really a problem to ignore completely.
This is a tad on the warm side (especially if it's an aftermarket cooler) but isn't high enough to damage anything... if your cooler isn't blower style i'd try applying new thermal paste, If it doesn't bother you that much don't worry about it.
As far as the case goes, it's going to be quieter than any other itx case out there but nothing is every truly silent. You can always buy a yard of dampening foam for a few bucks and stick it wherever you please.
