Joking aside, stuff like this existed for a while.
It is not exactly bad per se, but you are paying 1200$ a month for eating what is basicly a hip, organic, gluten free(.........no comment) weight gainer.
What you get is a mix of oatmeal, hazelnut meal, milk protein (whey or casein, about 15$/kg) with some yeast extract (for some extra vital substances), the rest is basicly just there to make it sound good (and maybe taste better? who knows..).
You can make your own meal replacement for about 10% the cost, since you will not only eat this there wont be a difference.
Oh, and maybe take the yeast separately, not everybody likes the taste (or just eat some Vegemite).
