I have a 7970 sitting around and I heard that you could possible flash it to a 280X. What would be the benefit of doing that? I have never flashed a GPU before. The card is an ASUS DIRECTCU II.

@kewldude007 That is what I thought. Now to learn how to OC my card, lol. I never really did it for risk of bricking it but now I have nothing to lose since it’s in an old PC
