Ok, so this is essentially your pick using German prices (since you list Euro I assume German prices are ok), I included an 850W PSU and decent case from Fractal Design, I really like how they put together cases but feel free to choose something else:

So… This is all right but I would do a few things differently. For the CPU, I would go with a higher core count over a higher CPU speed. The 7700 comes with a built in CPU cooler which mitigates the higher cost. It’s not the most special cooler but you can always buy an aftermarket cooler later. If you could stretch to the €325 7900, you will have a capable cooler too, but that is another €55 for a better cooler and adequate support.
Motherboard… Get one that supports wireless / bluetooth. So, so, sooo much more Quality of life.
Storage can be had for like 25%-30% cheaper if you dodge the Samsung branding and find a good deal.
The memory stick is a little pricey but 6000 MT/s@CL30 is a good pick.
Finally, the AOC screens are not really that impressive. I’d up the price a little extra, or at least start saving up for a second screen that is a bit more premium than this. I’ve seen Mini LED screens for ~€400, so save up for that.
