Alright so I am back with some new pics 
This first one is the start of putting in runs, some of these ones got changed a little as it progressed.
Here is the mostly finalized runs, after I got the PCIe riser cable. i was trying to figure out cable placement.
Dry test Success!!
Bring on the Shop Towels. Mid fill and test.
RGB Explosion!! This is everything installed and running. Still dialing in fan curves etc.
Many thanks to everyone for all the input and assistance. I definitely would have been way more stressed about pouring a liter of water into my computer than I was without it.
