First Ever Gaming PC, GPU decision help!

So I am trying to decide between 2 graphics cards right now, they are both the same price but one of them has like 3 or 4 dollars more shipping... Anyway, these 2 cards go for about $250 on newegg.ca because i live in Canada. I will be doing lots of gaming and rendering out videos with sony vegas for my youtube channel.

 

The Sapphire HD 7950 3gb 384-bit GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0 x16

                                            VS

The HIS Iceq HD 7950 BOOST clock (sapphire also has a boost clock) 3gb 384-bit GDDR 5PCI-Express 3.0 x16

Also I'm pretty set in stone on this gpu series because the price, you just can't beat it! However you can recommend a card, but like i said, set in stone! haha.

I'm pretty sure the HIS iceq isn't voltage locked so i would go after that one.

oh good, thank you for replying! it's been bothering me trying to decide between the two :P I will go with the his because i've heard the cooler is great, and apparently not voltage locked, not that i will be doing much or any over clocking until way later on, who knows...
