i cant spend any more. I want to bring it down without loosing its "performance". please leave suggestions on how to change the build. I want to overclock the CPU

160gb of storage is waaaay low for gaming and streaming.

try upgrding the HDD also consider getting a ssd I would say get a minum HDD space of 500gb and a minimum ssd spage of 120gb

also consider switching out the 680 for a 670 in order to make room for these parts

Just bump the price up like 10 bucks and a 500GB or 1Tb Seagate barracuda I forget they're both cheap.

Take the price from the corsair cooling, switch to something cheap like a Hyper 212 Evo and just OC to 4GHz or so.
