Failing to POST - Error code 36

Hello everyone. New to the forum.

I just purchased a new new Asrock Rack X470D4U2-2T, installed the below components and I got error code 36.
After a while the code changes to 90 and starts counting down to 01. Onboard speaker makes no sound.

Things I tried -

  • Retested CMOS
  • Changed the CPU to a 2600X
  • Changed memory DIMM slot
  • Changed the memory to one that is not on the QVL list
  • Removed video card
  • Removed storage

Any help is appreciated.
