Just wondering if there’s a way to save/export to .txt format through TextEdit. I know for sure TextEdit supports writing to and editing .txt format, but as far as exporting/saving to the format, I don’t see the option.
Preferences, “New Document” tab. Change the Format option to “Plain Text”.
I had to restart it for the change to take.
