im looking in to getting one of these cards, any sugestions, whitch one is better or is there another one that is better but still in that price range?

They seem to be very similar on paper. I suggest plowing through various reviews, and pay attention to the framerates the testers are getting.
i does say pci express 3.0 would that affect me? considering that i have PCI Express 2.0 x16 bus interface
get the 650ti!!!
Don't worry about that. They are backwards compatible and the performance differences between 2.0 and 3.0 are negligible.
