EVGA 650 Ti SC Boost or EVGA 660

Which GPU would preform better in Arma 2/DayZ and Arma 3. I'm in the market of building a gaming PC but I cant decide which would be better for a $20-$30 difference. I would even consider an AMD GPU if its better for around the same price as these two. Plus, how many watts would it take to run either of these GPUs. (I have heard 450w but on other websites it says all I need is 380w.) Here are my system specifications:

CPU-- AMD FX-4100

GPU-- Soon to be decided hopefully...

Motherboard-- Asrock 970 Extreme3

RAM-- 8GB of G.Skill Ripjaws DDRR3 1600

PSU-- Corsair Builder Series CX500 500w 80 Plus Bronze Certified

Thanks!

Just compared the 2 cards but they appear to have very similair performance, but the 650 should do a little better

get the gtx 660... the 650 ti boost is a 660 with fewer cuda cores, shaders etc. you should look at the benchmarks of those cards...

Yeah, I noticed that the Cuda cores were basically the only difference between the two. Thanks for the reply!

Get the 660! I have a gtx 650 ti evga SC and I love it but I got it for 20 dollars lol If you are buying new then get the gtx 660... Or even better just get a radeon 7870 and call it a day

Just get this... It will even beat a gtx 660 ti by a little bit.

Yeah if you can get that 7870 on sale do it.  It's one of the best bang-for-your-buck cards on the market.  However, don't be afraid of the 660.  I have the EVGA 660 myself and I love it.  Just wish my Phenom II X4 965 wasn't holding it back...

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I have made my decision. GTX 660 for now until the AMD 7870 is on sale for lower than the 660 ($210)
