EPYC Unraid/Plex build

Looking to build my first Unraid server and looking at overbuilding for my needs as I can see myself going down a rabbit hole for exploring different use cases. Ideally I’d like something that consumes less power but for the money a second hand EPYC build with either 4 or 8 sticks of EEC adding up to 128GB is interesting.

Looking at the 16/32 core AMD EPYC 7302P CPU and one of these boards. These are both 7002/7003 boards, just seeing if anyone has a preference with one over the other. The TYAN is only $20 more.

Alternatively if anyone has any other recommendations for CPU/MOBO/RAM please let me know. Looking for roughly 14-16 cores, eventually dual 10Gbe, SAS controller and 128GB. ECC isn’t required but would be nice. Ideally UHD770 imbedded graphics for transcoding to reduce power consumption and free up lanes but again it’s hard to beat second hand EPYC IMO.
