A newer kernel might help. Not the same platform but on my AM5 Proart X670E memory spd temperatures showed up all of the sudden in the past year on a new kernel. I’m not sure of the exact version, but it was sometime this year (6.10-6.12 ish). So all I’m saying is, a newer kernel might have a driver to pull temperatures from the memory’s spd hub.
