DXRacer Tank worth it?

Do you all think the DXRacer Tank is worth spending ~$599? I’m 6’5, ~290.

Prob not, unless you want the look of those chairs

I’m very satisfied with the 400 or so I paid for my dx racer but I am a minority here because people love to bash racing chairs.

If I had to pay over 300 burks for a chair that looks like its out of a 2002 viper, I’d just go to a junk yard and rip a bucket seat out of a sports car.

the problem is finding a good chair that supports my size. All the other chairs (Ergohuman/Bodybilt) START at $699 for a basic chair. They quoted me $1600 for a chair perfectly fitted for me.

Used steelcase leap is around $300 +/- I am a tall fatass and i haven’t broke one yet.

There is a neckrest version http://www.ergonomicchairpro.com/content/img/Steelcase-Leap-Chair-with-headrest-image.jpg

Dude, that chair retails for around $1k

Used not an option?

i mean sure as long as it aint jacked up and expensive

They are usually around $300-$400 used in pristine condition. I’ve bought over a dozen over the years

The Steelcase Please I bought last year is falling apart. It’s great ergonomically but there is way too much plastic involved. So don’t buy one of those.

can you link me please?

Try searching steelcase leap on eBay and Craigslist around you. Best plan is to find and call used office furniture place around you though. For the best deal anyway. Plus you could check it out in person .

pics? New used?

This is what I was originally looking at:

My biggest grip on all chair i have used so far is arm rests, i put a lot of stress on them and they never last

I have alot of love for my gt omega https://www.gtomegaracing.com/gt-omega-racing-gaming-office-chair-seats/gt-omega-pro-racing-office-gaming-chairs/gt-omega-pro-racing-office-chair-black-next-blue-leather. I’m 6’3. I believe barnacles also likes them
