I find myself stumped.

Challenge:
This drive is unrecognized in my icy dock U.3 ToughArmor four-drive cage with a Broadcom 9600-24i HBA.
This drive is unrecognized in any of my u.2 PCIe adapter cards (various vendors)
Generally, if the card(s) cannot recognize a dual port U.2, I can place Kapton tape on pin E25, the drive reverts to single controller mode, and is recognized.
The drive is recognized and reverts to single controller mode in a u.3 PCIe adapter card, but there are no multi-port u.3 PCIe adapter cards available to “retail” that I am aware of.
This Workstation runs Windows 11
