I just recived the aformentioned headset in the mail earlier today. I tried to install the drivers on the rosewill website, the autorun function did not work, and I had to root around in the files before it seemed to install. Now I am getting terrible tinny sound for some reason, and the volume adjustment and mute buttons only work some of the time. Any ideas about how to troubleshoot and fix this?
