Hi there, I recently bought the DP 1.4 KVM to use with my pc and work laptop. When I set it up this weekend, it worked perfectly fine for everything. Today when I try to use my work laptop, it doesn’t work at all. None of the displays or usb devices are being used or detected by the laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you give me some details on your setup?
It could be that your monitor has a deep sleep setting and does not like being digitally unplugged. Let me know the brand/model and I can help look into that.

Hi Amber, sorry didn’t see a Helpdesk when I made the post on mobile. My set up is
Monitors: Dell G2722HS and Asus MG248 (replacing with ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG Gen2 XG27AQDMGR soon)
PC to KVM: 2x club3d 1m cables, usb-c to usb-a
Laptop to KVM: 1x club3d 1m cable (usb-c to DP), usb-c to usb-a
KVM to monitors: fibbr cables
Update - I ended up unplugging everything and back in, and power resetting my laptop and it worked perfectly fine today. I am guessing it was an issue with my work laptop not recognizing the outputs. Also currently I am just using a spare HDMI cable from my laptop to the second monitor since I don’t have a HDMI to DP cable yet and I only have 1 free usb-c port to use, but it seems to not be causing any issues.
