Budget, and use? Everything is compatiable, but 16GB is alot of ram. THe 3770k is overkill for gaming. B75 chipset is underwhelming, and the Raidmax PSU are really really bad. If this is a render rig, 16GB is fine 3770k is fine. I would still switch the mobo, and DO NOT buy that PSU

And the case is your preference...
I think that should be under $1400... Maybe, i live in the UK you see. Hope this helps :)
