Does someone know the way IFclk is calculated on Ryzen 2000?

So I got a 2700x used for a great deal, but as we know, CCX1 and 2 communicate via IF. I know that IFclk=RAMclk, but I can run my memory either with 13.3x and 102 BCLK and have higher effective RAM bandwidth than with a higher RAM multiplier, which needs 100 BCLK. So my question is; Is BCLK involved in the ifclk equation?
