If so whats a good interpreter/compiler for it on linux or a good place to learn it? I came across it on wikipedia and it sounds really cool.
From LOLCode's front page, Ici translates LOLCode to C. It's written in Python and C, it looks like, so there's no reason it shouldn't work on Linux. As for a tutorial, it looks like there's one on its website.
