I keep coming across news events that I think you guys would cover on your show, but because we can’t post links in topics that might mean you’d rather just discover news on your own. For example, there is a ‘new’ ongoing zero-day vulnerability currently active in the SolarWinds system right now. and the fact that this was found out by Microsoft telling SolarWinds about it is just hilarious. They’re spending there time telling other companies about their vulnerabilities instead fixing people ability to print without their bank info being posted on the dark web.
And do I wanted to post a link to a ‘thehackernews[dot]com’ article about it, but alas we mere mortals do not have the same power bestowed upon the Level1Tech Forum gawds. 
Maybe there is a section here just for sending in topics for the News show (which I LOVE starting my morning with) I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what you guys say… if you have the time

It is not completely disallowed, it is only new users that cannot post links.
Higher discourse trust levels can post links.
