DIY Repair Query - Acer X27 (2017 model)

So I’ve had this Acer X27 bmiphzx for a long time but it has an intermittent issue that I believe (but not sure) is the LED driver board. The issue originally only happened when I engaged HDR. However, as time has gone by the frequency of the issue has began showing up in SDR and at a higher frequency. Now it basically has a 1-in-3 chance of the dim area showing and after several power cycles I can usually get it back to full LED dimming but this is a hassle.

Essentially, the bottom right quadrant will not display full brightness. It gets ~10% brightness so I can tell the panel is still working. I know this is probably a tough repair and also likely to cost more than it is worth but wanted to see if anyone has an idea of where I should start looking. Also if there are any places I might snag a repair or specs manual since this monitor is so old now.

On the plus side, I finally got an OLED (QD-OLED) monitor to replace it but I would still like it as a nice secondary/backup display.

Thanks!
