DIY Power Bank Repair Circuit Board

Sooooo. I've got this power bank, the wires in it got loose and it no longer charges. I'd like to fix it back up but I don't know where I can find a circuit board that would be suitable. Any members have some good recommendations? I'll try soldering the loose connection back on first and test, if its just that then I'll use it. But otherwise I'll need a new PCB.

Specifications: Capacity: 10000mAh / 37 Wh
Battery Type: Lithium-ion battery cell
Input: DC 5V 1.5A (max)
Outputs: DC 5V 1.5A & DC 5V 2.1A

you can charge it manually by supplying NO MORE than 4.2V 4.21V is too much voltage and 10A
you can safely charge this using your computer power supply by putting a .8vf diode on the red and sticking into the 5V rail on your power supply the battery will pull what it wants an hour will charge it to full
and that's assuming you can't find a replacement board
I am also assuming single cell battery if you have two cells you charge them seperately

I believe this is a two cell. They're merged together with a small pcb.
