My mom requested that I source a Digital picture frame for my Grandparents as a Christmas present this year. Obv I could just go on Amazon and buy any POS digital frame. However, I would like to get some recommendations from the community if anyone has a digital picture frame they like that I can ideally hook up to my Nextcloud or maybe a esp32 or raspberry pi to pull down updates.

I ended up ordering one of these
and I am going to try installing immichframe on it.
I will update with results but I already host an Immich server so this should be pretty straightforward.
