You see in the following images what I mean.

This started a few months ago with a slight shadow appearing at the top right corner, but since then it progressed almost down the right side of the panel and moving inwards. (Edit: 2-Jul) This shadow becomes visible when the monitor reaches normal operating temp.
Unfortunately, this monitor isn't covered by warranty anymore and I'm turning to you for help.
What is it? It looks to me like humidity has penetrated the panel somehow (or the anti-gloss coating).
Any ideas how to fix? (Haven't tried anything yet.)
