Dell Studio 1558 driver help

I reinstalled win 7 on my sisters computer do to the masive amount of virises and spam on it. When I booted the  computer up for the first time I saw that there was no wifi driver installed. Any idea how to download the wifi card driver and the other drivers that are probobly missing?

Enter the service tag number (should be on the bottom of the machine and is 9 characters long) this will bring up all the necessary drivers the computer requires.

sorry for any miss spellings. my sisters laptop has most of the keys missing. it is very abussed. thanks for the help.

it did not work. any other ideas

use an ethernet cable and then start windows update. After that reboot and repeat till no new updates are found
