I don’t know how this passed quality control but holy cow! This probably explains why I was see up to 109°C spikes on the CPU. GPU was doing okay-ish under load but do to the CPU throttling it wasn’t much of a strain on the GPU.
I removed the hybrid liquid metal garbage and replaced it with PTM from T.G. One sheet was enough for both CPU and GPU.
CPU temps are much better and hitting higher clocks under load. I haven’t tried hammering the GPU yet.
