Deleting backup Schedules On Seagate NAS-D4

Hi All, I have an Old Seagate-D4 NAS with the following details:

Name: Seagate-D4
Firmware: 4.3.19.7
Hardware: n090401

It has been running for a while, basically I use it to backup my TrueNAS box. In light of that I have had some schedules that do a simple NFS copy. This has been working fine.

However, I have just moved and set my servers to use there own subnet. ie. from 192.168.1.250 to 192.168.10.250 Again, no issues with Other servers or even the Seagate-D4 to get up and running.

BUT!!! here is the issue. I can’t edit the 3 backups scheduled to point to new IP… so easy solution is to delete them and remake them… and there is the dilemma, there is no way to delete them. Option is not available. I also can’t make other ones because They would have to have a different name, and the way this backup system works, means that will be in different folders.

Is there anyway to force the delete through ssh terminal, or change the connection ip. I initially did try setting them up using multiple rsync modules, but any change to the rsyncd.conf file gets overwritten, so there is some application that rewrites all the settings. I think it is using the “unicorn” system, as I see that seems to be one of the files that gets updated: unicorn.db.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just for those interested, I used sqllite3 to modify the unicorn.db file and that seemed to fix the issue. Changed the IP of the connection and the backups seemed successful.

I think I am gonna outright delete them and recreate them. Seriously this will be the last Seagate product I will ever purchase. Would love to replace the OS on this box to something that works as expected.
