Delayed sound output Ubuntu (Elementary OS) [SOLVED]

So I have this wierd issue. Whenever I start to play any sound (youtube,music ect) The output is delayed for 1-3 seconds. The sound is synced just fine but it seems that the OS needs a couple of seconds to start outputting audio..

The sound output is via displayport to my monitor.

Anyone ever come across this?

Figured it out. I had to change a line in the default.pa file in etc/pulse

From

### Automatically suspend sinks/sources that become idle for too long
load-module module-suspend-on-idle

To

### Automatically suspend sinks/sources that become idle for too long
