DDR4-3200 vs. DDR4-3200AA?

Hi all,

I’ve been upgrading my personal laptop bit by but, and it finally came time to upgrade memory. Imagine my surprise when upon removing the shield, I was greeted with a type of memory I was entirely unfamiliar with; a single DDR4-3200AA SODIMM. I was confused because in my 5 plus years in the field, I’ve never the “AA” attached; does anyone know what this means, and the difference between it and regular DDR4-3200?

actually doesn’t look like it means anything significant
