I know next to nothing about the Warhammer franchise so when I heard there was a new Dawn of War game coming out I didn't think much of it... then I watched the trailer.

The Dawn of War series is tons of fun. Glad to see they're making another one.
I tried playing Dawn of War II, I couldn't get into it, but that was because it's an RTS game. I just can't do RTS games. But I want to like it so bad!

See the thing is DOW2 isn't really an RTS, it's basically an ARPG. Check out the original because that actually is an RTS. If you hate that then you definitely do hate RTS.
