I have tried everything from ccleaner to the control panel and every time i open chrome its there.
anyone know what to do?
Try Revo Uninstaller. If that doesn't work, reinstall the OS.
Answer these questions first: what browser are you using? Do you want to get rid of it? Also, have you checked to make sure a program has not been installed that is causing this?

Im using chrome, yes i want to get rid of it and it was some dodgy program that downloaded which i uninstalled
Go to chrome settings and mess around with the default search engine.
It's one of those particularly malicious bits of bloatware. Downloaded in other apps. If you don't get rid of it completely, it will still be there.
