Does anybody here know if the external soundcard “Creative Sound Blaster Play! 3” is Linux friendly?

Nothing comes up form a search on “soundblaster play 3 Linux” that says it will.
The play 2 apparently works natively.
So the best answer is get a live Linux USB and try it.
Yeah i found that hit too. I run Linux on all my computers. But i’m looking for a external soundcard that’s not too expensive, but better than onboard soundcards. So i don’t want to buy something if i don’t know it’s gonna work😕
