CPU Upgrade. Advice Needed

I am a brand new PC gamer (had my one year anniversary this October). I was inspired by this site to build my first rig. I upgraded my GPU and PSU and now I am planning to upgrade my CPU. I have a MSI Z68A-G43 G3. I currently have a Intel i3, and I believe the chipset is LGA 1155. I want to replace it with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115233. Here is my question. Am I good to go ahead and upgrade my CPU from my current i3 to the i5 OR should I instead upgrade my mother board and wait on the processor?

It's socket [not chipset] LGA 1155 (sorry to be that guy). But anyway, you're good to go, since both are socket LGA 1155.
