hi guys,
I have already purchased a gtx 650 ti boost 2gb edition it's factory oc. my cpu ram and mobo are dead and obsolete. i have a intel core 2 quad q8200 @ 2.8 ghz + 4gb ddr2 all running on the xfx nForce 680i lt motherboard.
so all i need to do right now is to upgrade the CPU & RAM and of course motherboard. as far as ram goes the price of two followings has gone down [drastically]:

so the g.skill runns at 2133 and the crucial ones run at 1866, i don't like g.skill specially the way it looks. :'(
and for the MOBO and CPU i was thinking either:
msi 990fxa-gd65 or msi 970a-g46
fx-6300 / fx-8320
so you guys tell me what's best, btw this isn't obviously gonna be a beat of a pc, as long as it runs for a year or two and i can play bf3, bo2, dota 2, bf4 on it i'll be happy
i love intel but i can't afford intel right now :(
btw for the msi 990fxa-gd65 there is v2 ... i couldn't find the v2 one, i assume that with a bios update the v1 also supports vishera series right ?! or what's the difference between v1 and v2
