Hey guys I am gettn a phenom IIx2 BE and am lookn to overvlock it, do u got any good suggestions for a good cheap cpu cooler for 15-20 bux? P.S. is this good thermal paste? Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound
will the CX430w be enuff to power this CPU when overclocked (I am running it with a 7770)

Coolermaster Hyper TX3. I used one of those on my 555BE and got it to 3.8 without any issues, probably could have pushed it further.
Which motherboard are you using? Are you aware that you can actually unlock the Phenom II x2 CPUs to quad? For the Phenom II generation AMD never actually made proper dual cores, they simply 'turned off' two of the cores in a quad. This being said, these were often chips that had bunky cores, so you won't always have luck with the unlock, but a lot of people have had some success with it.
Sadly, both of my other cores in the 555BE were garbage :( Couldn't keep them stable even at stock clocks.
