My Halo: Infinite currently runs at 40-60FPS after enabling Hyper-V. Before that, it was able to handle 70-80FPS at 1440p.

I decided to try enabling Hyper-V to fix the issue I experienced when I was trying to install G Hub.
However, it significantly impacted my performance, and removing Hyper-V somehow stopped Halo: Infinite from launching.
I had to poweroff my VM as I’m about to go to bed, but I noticed that the PCI speed is either “PCI” or “PCI Express”, and it would show its true speed at first launch of GPU-Z. Running Infinite didn’t change anything.
I noticed that my CPU utilization is at 80-90% the whole game session, and increasing graphics demand didn’t help. My GPU utilization was at around 30%.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
