^because AMD rules and Intel doesn't :P

yep

EDIT: why do you think their mascot is a freakin' awesome dragon.

never OC with stock heat sink

my idle is horrible. my full load is great... and i know, im pondering over why the hell it only went up like 6 degrees... (55 was rounded from like 50)

...Considered undeclocking? It's sucks, but either that or new cooler.

nah, i don't think the temps can do any harm, ill save up for a new heatsink :D

my Q6600 is idling at about 39C right now and its at about 10% usage. i have an aftermarket heatsink with good thermal paste but then again its like 72 degrees in here and my pc is in between a desk and the end of my bed so theres not much airflow.

I have problems with my E7200 at stock as well on idle it is core0 40-45 core1 39 and I am using a zerotherm nirvana, but like u said about it being 70degrees and that affecting it, mine was at 80-90 degrees the first time I installed my heatsink as I installed it wrong

lol wow... how did you install that heatsink the first time? anyway, im idling at 40-45 (c0) and 35-38 (c1) idle... without the heater, thats a 10 degree decrease...
