I have question about Remedy Control.

Sometimes when i stop moving character and looking at screen for example is steady 73fps forever, but from time to time it spikes for a second to 50 or 60fps etc fps and back again to 73fps. Even if on screen nothing happens and i am standing on the same place. Is this game issue? temps are ok
I am just standing on the same place in game. Not touching keyboard or mouse. And observing character and fps. Nothing happens on screen.
Fps is 73-74fps. Then after 3 minutes it drops to 50 fps for 1 second and goes back to 74fps. Nothing to worry about?

I have ok temps. Also no other programs in background.

Sounds like enabled VSync and not using GSync.

You have a monitor that runs on 144 Hz by default (altho you can set it to 165 Hz btw). Since you are most likely not hitting 144 fps to get a 1:1 ratio VSync would end up using the next-best “clean” divider, which would be 144:2 = 72 fps. It might be that you are just barely hovering over those and sometimes it dips a few, so as soon if you’re hitting anything less then 72 (even just 71), it would only output the next-best “clean” divider after that, which would be 144:3 = 48 fps, which is roughly what you’re getting (measurements in overlays are not exact anyway).

TLDR disable VSync and use GSync instead (might have to enable FreeSync in the monitor OSD since it’s off by default).
