Hello, everyone!
I need your help. I’m trying to connect to a remote computer via VNC, but I get the following message “Connection was refused by the computer” Could you please tell me what this could be due to and how to fix this error?
I will be very grateful for your help!

Hi, I know two possible reasons for this error:

  • VNC is not working on the specified port range. The standard VNC port is 5900. Make sure that your VNC server is configured to use this port.
  • The VNC server is not running. Make sure you log in with the correct user/password combination.
