Confused With KVM on Threadripper 1900x

yep, just edit the config as necessary with the line above

Agesa 1.1.0.0 or newer fixes resets. Vega is till a separate issue but gnif is close to a fix there

Yeah vega is a separate issue.

Do I need to use UEFI when setting up the KVM? I installed ovmf and it works fine with linux but windows gives me this screen while normal bios starts up the vm fine. I haven’t tried to add the gpu yet but can I just add it to the hardware list or do I have to do more setting up?

So it turns out for whatever reason qemu was going to the uefi shell instead of booting the virtual cd drive with the windows iso. I typed exit in the shell, it then pulls up a screen where I chose boot manager or something like that, and changed it to the cd drive. I am yet to try adding the gpu but I will post back in a little bit
