Computer Spikes

Hey all,

So for the past couple of months now, my computer has been having these lag spikes, in whatever I'm doing; playing games, writing a word document, even browsing the web! They're very short 1 or less seconds but happen every 4-5 seconds. The audio also throws off with it and makes weird noises when the spike happens. I've tried finding the issue via task manager, deleting and re-installing applications and even buying a new SSD. Specs:

Have you attempted a fresh install of windows?

What PSU are you using? I doubt that its the PSU, But its not impossible.

3 times sir. Nothing has changed.

update the firmware on your ssd and make shure its the ssd is set to AHCI mode in the bios.

Try running on one stick of RAM for a while and see if that stops it. If it doesn't try the other stick of RAM.
