I’ve some skepticism but, optimistically assuming for the moment this is in good faith, my main suggestion would be to put enough of your own effort into a US$ 12,500+ build as to be able to propose a complete parts list that’s mechanically feasible and doesn’t contain hallucinations like Blackwell based Threadrippers.
