I've been having a problem with my monitor's OSD menu popping up randomly and the problem keeps escalating. I first "fixed" it by locking the OSD menu, but now it's gotten so bad it can actually unlock itself and it's driving me insane.
So I was wondering, can't I just completely strip the buttons from my monitor(assuming that that's where the faulty hardware is, rather that somewhere further down the line)? Or if someone knows a better fix, I'd be glad to hear it.
The monitor is an LG W2261V, if that helps at all.
PS: Suggest some satisfying ways to fucking murder this goddamn monitor when I finally scrape together enough cash to get a replacement.
