For the past few days I've been noticing COM SURROGATE consistently using the cpu at around 40% as the title states. Why is this and why all of a sudden? Anyone ever experienced this?

The last game installed from my system was GTA V which I purchased from Rockstar. Two weeks ago however I accidentally installed a sendspace utility which did leave adware. I spent days making sure everything was removed (I guess not). I am still unsure why Com Surrogate would have to do with malware.
i would say do a virus and malware scan to be sure.
i have a bad feeling that it could be a malware or a trojan.
