Coins mineable with a Gridseed USB ASIC?

Hi there, guys, cryptocurrency noob here. I'm looking to buy a cheap ASIC and I have come across the Gridseed USB Powered ASIC, with some help from Barnacules. I was wondering if there are any coins that could be mined easily by this ASIC and that could then be converted to Litecoin.

You can mine litecoin directly with that thing.  I think dogecoin and a few others use the same hash, so you could go for those as well.

My plan was to mine easier coins, then to convert them, but I'm not sure if that would work.
